Customer Support Manager (French or Dutch) in Kidzon

• knowledge of French or Dutch at the level ofA2+ (primarily oral communication);
• competent, polite and customer-oriented communication;
• ability to quickly find solutions and work with objections;
• basic PC, CRM and office software skills;
• experience in customer support would be an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
to receive and process customer inquiries by phone;

• record appeals in the CRM/support system;
• transfer complex or technical questions to the appropriate departments;
• accompany the client from the moment of contact to solving the issue;
• work with feedback and complaints - help find solutions and save loyalty. font-weight: 400">Monday - Friday Several work schedule options to choose from.
