JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is considering resumes of candidates for the dDirector of Oleksandr LLC.

"Olexander" LLC is part of Naftogaz Group.

Main duties:

• planning , organization and provision of uninterrupted administrative and economic activities, provision of effective property management;
• identification of directions and initiatives for the development of the Company, using the analysis of market trends to improve economic results and expand the audience clients, monitoring the performance of the Company's activity indicators;
• management of the Company's optimal functioning and high level of staff professionalism to ensure high quality of service provision;
• organization of effective financial planning, allocation of resources, minimization of financial risks to ensure the stable financial condition of the Company;
• increasing the efficiency of the Company's functioning and impact on key business - processes.

Expectations from the candidate:

• budgeting skills, control over expenses and profits, drawing up reports on work results;
• understanding of the principles and basics of corporate management;
• experience of negotiations with stakeholders, business entities;
• focus on the result, flexibility,communicability, responsibility, concern for the results of one's own and team work.

Main requirements:

• higher education in law, personnel management, business administration, economics;
• operational and/or executive work experience, including in management positions - at least three years.
