The Woodtechnic company invites a result- and development-oriented DIRECTOR

Main goals and objectives to its team:

• construction, systematization and optimization of business processes for the effective functioning of the company in each department (commercial, technical, accounting, personnel, supply and others), organization of work and team interaction, control/management of processes, their effectiveness and efficiency, their improvement and the development of new ones if necessary
• coordination of work on the development of production and increasing the volume of sales of finished products
• formation of the company's budget and target indicators and their analysis (year, quarter, month )
• implementation of the profit plan
• evaluation of the efficiency of the Company's divisions
• implementation of new, effective approaches to the implementation of operational activities
• cooperation with the owner of the company regarding the expansion and scaling of activities

Our ideal candidate:

• Has successful proven experience as a company manager
< li>Worked in a medium-sized business with direct reporting to the owner
• Developed and implemented business strategies
• Able to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve high results
• Professional higher education (economics, management, administration). Additional business education would be an advantage.
