Director of the enterprise of metrological research in Teploradist

Functional responsibilities:

• general management of the company’s activities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• interaction with existing customers and customers and relentless search for new customers in Odesa and the region, which will occupy 80% of working time;
• ensuring stable and efficient operation of the company;
• strategic and operational planning of activities;
• organization of financial and economic activities, control of resource use;
• ensuring compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts in the field of metrology;
• interaction with state authorities, controlling bodies, partners;
• management of available personnel, formation of an effective management structure;
• representation of the interests of the enterprise in interaction with third parties individuals.

Requirements for the candidate:

• complete higher education (technical, economic, managerial or related);
• experience in management positions of 3-5 years;
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of economic activity;
• understanding of the principles of the work of enterprises in regulatory or state sector;
• experience in organizing and controlling management processes;
• high level of responsibility, strategic thinking, leadership qualities;
• business ethics, formal business communication skills;
