Main responsibilities:
* Onboarding and support of clients at all stages of cooperation.
* Communication with clients: collection and systematization of documents, answers to basic questions.
* Control of client compliance with deadlines (submission of documents, payments).
* Maintenance of client profiles in CRM and support of internal document flow.
* Coordination of interaction between clients and lawyers companies.
* Preparing letters according to templates, organizing online meetings.
* Collecting feedback to ensure a high level of service.
Candidate requirements:
* Higher education (preferably legal).
* Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate), Ukrainian and Russian languages.
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and stress resistance.
* Highly organized, the ability to work with deadlines in multitasking mode.
* Confident command of office programs and experience with CRM.
* Willingness to learn (the company conducts internal trainings).
