Motorni Group is a Ukrainian company-distributor of machinery and equipment (over 5000 SKUs), invites to the team a Marketing Director who will build strong brand and results-oriented systematic marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing from 3-5 years, experience in a managerial position - mandatory;
• Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM, email, analytics);
• Experience in building marketing strategies;
• Analytical thinking, results-oriented;
• Leadership qualities, ability to manage a team and contractors;
• Experience in B2B or distribution - will be an advantage.

Duties:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
• Building and management of the marketing team (digital, SMM, content, design);
• Planning and control of the marketing budget;
• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns (online / offline);
• Analysis of the market, competitors, target audiences;
• Development and development of the company brand;
• Cooperation with the sales department to increase leads and conversions;
• Definition of KPIs and evaluation of marketing effectiveness.
