Announces a competition for the position of Director of a poultry farm (willingness to move to any region of Ukraine).

Main duties:

• Management of the production process: ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the poultry farm, control over the entire production cycle from incubation to packaging of finished products.

• Financial management: planning the factory budget, control of costs and revenues, ensuring the achievement of financial results in accordance with plans.

• Personnel management: selection, training and motivation of employees, control over the performance of labor duties at all stages of production process.

• Quality and safety assurance: monitoring compliance with product quality and safety standards at all stages of production, as well as compliance with sanitation and environmental requirements.

• Resource management: effective use of resources (energy, raw materials, equipment), prevention of their costs and optimization of production processes.

• Market analysis and competitors: market monitoring of poultry products, analysis of competitor activities, development and implementation of strategies to increase market share.

• Reporting and strategic planning: preparation and submission of regular reports to the company management, participation in the development and implementation of the poultry farm development strategy.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the fields of agronomy, veterinary medicine, management or economics).

• Experience as a director or head of a production unit (poultry farm or agricultural enterprise) from 5 years.

• In-depth knowledge in the field of production, finance and personnel management.

• Knowledge of quality and safety standards products.

• Leadership qualities, the ability to make quick and effective decisions in conditions of change.
