Director of Mlyn in Koncern Hlibprom, PrAT

PJSC "Concern Khlibprom" is one of the largest enterprises of the Ukrainian bread market, which makes up to 160 tons of bread and confectionery products every day. The structure of the Company includes 5 industrial enterprises located in Lviv and Vinnytsia. The Khlibprom concern owns such trademarks as: TM "Agrola", TM "Vinnytsia Hlib", TM "Ljublyanna", TM "2GO", TM "Bandinelli", TM "Harmony Sentivi". tasks:

• full operational management of the mill (flour production)
• ensuring the implementation of the production plan in terms of volume, quality and cost
• control of technological processes of grain grinding
• personnel management (production, laboratory, warehouse, technical service)
• ensuring stable operation of equipment, interaction with technical service
• control of product quality in accordance with standards
• optimization of costs, improvement of production efficiency

Requirements:

• experience of managing a manufacturing enterprise (food production will be an advantage)
• experience of working at a mill or grain processing enterprise
• understanding of grain grinding technology
• experience of personnel management
• systematic, strong management skills
• ability to work with financial indicators (cost, margin, KPI)
• higher education (technical/engineering/agricultural - an advantage)
