Customer support manager (E-commerce: Rozetka, Prom) in Gauschak N., FOP

• You have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce (must be with Rozetka and Prom).
  
  Your main tasks:
• Communication with customers (50% - calls, 50% - correspondence in messengers and chats of marketplaces).
• Work with the CRM system and telephony.
• Control of store ratings and work with positive reviews.
• Prompt resolution of any customer questions and feedback collection.
  
  Resource requirements:
• Availability of own laptop and stable Internet.
• Quality headset for conversations.
• Sufficient command of a competent Ukrainian language (oral and written).
• Willingness to be in contact on Telegram during working hours.
  
  Working conditions:
• Format: Fully remote.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Weekends: Floating schedule in Sat–Sun (shifts 3–4 hours per day).
• Payment: Rate + bonuses based on work results.
