Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person who:
loves order in processes and documents;
knows how to control deadlines, people and tasks;
is practical, decisive and involved in operations activity;
not afraid of responsibility and work "close to business".
?? Responsibilities (operational, hands-on)
Daily management and control of the work of departments: sales, accounting, procurement and administration
Control of document flow, invoices, contracts and correspondence
Control of timely performance of tasks and obligations to customers
Support of the sales department in daily work with clients
Direct communication with clients (phone, e-mail)
Control of the correctness of commercial and accounting documents
Organization of office work and optimization of operational processes
Team management: setting tasks, determining priorities, monitoring results
Recruiting and adaptation of new of employees
Participation in international industry exhibitions (several times a year)
Cooperation with the company's Board in matters of operational business development
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position (administration / operations / commerce / sales)
Team management experience and daily operational activities of the company
Excellent work organization, attention to detail, responsibility
Ability to work with documents, numbers and processes
Experience working with clients (B2B will be a big advantage)
Very good knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of the Ukrainian language will be advantage
Higher education
Category B driving license
Readiness for stationary work and active operational involvement
Attractive financial conditions, corresponding to experience
