REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
Required:
- Experience of full management of a company providing services (construction, engineering) 150 - 200 people;
- Experience of working in a system company with structured processes (not necessarily in the role of CEO)
- Strong managerial, operational and strategic competencies
- Experience of managing teams and scaling business

- Maturity, system thinking, high responsibility for the result
KEY TASKS:
Business strategy and management
- Participation in strategy formation, planning and implementation of the company's development
- Definition of priority areas of development in the short- and medium-term perspective
- Joint work with top management on strategic goals, OKR/KPI, key development projects
Operational management:
- Complete organization and control of the company's operational activities
- Formation and control of execution of monthly and quarterly operational plans
- Regular evaluation of results, identification of weak points, elimination of inefficient processes

- Optimization of business processes, optimization, implementation of innovations
- Development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Management system for external client projects
