Assistant to the personnel manager in Divchata, GO

Public organization "Girls" is a leading Ukrainian feminist organization that strives to expand the opportunities of women and girls in Ukraine. For 5 years, we have been working in such areas as sexual education, prevention of gender-based violence and provision of psychological assistance. Our team includes more than 300 specialists who implement projects in partnership with UNICEF, World Vision International, Care International and other international organizations. We have helped more than 250,000 people and opened 12 safe spaces for women and children and continue to support each and everyone! and will contribute to quality adaptation.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has work experience in personnel administration (from 1 year) and understands the specifics of NGOs;
• Has thorough knowledge of labor legislation and the legal framework in the field of personnel accounting (including knowledge of military accounting);
• Has high level of responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prepare documents for reception, transfer, transfer and dismissal of employees;
• Maintain personal files of employees, compile and maintain an up-to-date staff list according to the job classification;
• Develop internal regulatory documents and policies, participate in the implementation of automated personnel document flow processes;

• Advise employees on personnel issues, prepare references and copies of documents.
• Support all processes related to the onboarding of new employees, including the preparation and organization of their first working day and during the trial period.
• Consult on registration issues, partially managing FOPs of 3 groups taxation.
