Junior CRM manager in SoftSvit

SoftSvit is a product IT company that is engaged not only in the development, but also in the promotion of its own product We are currently looking for a Junior CRM manager for our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM systems from 6 months;
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs;
• Knowledge of the English language not lower than Pre- Intermediate;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Attention to details.

Would be an advantage:

• Multitasking, ability to manage several projects in parallel;
• Ability to write technical development tasks or functional refinement;
• Automation of work processes.

Responsibilities:

• Segmentation of the client base for building personal communication;
• Interaction with Product departments, in the process of creating advertising promotions;
• Coordinating the work of notification flows;
• Starting streams of notifications through various channels of communication with clients;
• Ordering and full support of the process of forming advertising texts, creatives, interaction with copywriters, editors;
• Segment launch, support and control of customer promotions;
• Publication of materials on projects and ensuring the relevance of posted information.
