Digital Project Manager in Promodo

What will you do?

• to communicate with clients at all stages of the project (online calls, electronic communication, personal meetings, business trips);
• to manage the project team (distribution of tasks, monitoring of interim results, deadlines);
• strategic development of the project, taking into account the interests of clients (understanding of clients' business processes and goals client, transformation of goals into tasks and distribution by channels, analysis of project development, proposal of a promotion strategy, determination of the most effective tools, organization of team brainstorms);
• analyze the achievement of project goals (preparation, collection and verification of reports and executors, presentation to clients);
• timely solve problems arising in the process of project implementation, settlement of disputed issues in the relationship between the customer and the team;
• manage the client's financial issues and document flow.

It is important for us:

• 3 years of work experience in a similar position (in digital agencies, web studios, internet marketing agencies);
• knowledge of internet marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Retention, Analytics, Media, UX/UI) - a must have;
• experience of managing projects in the niches of e-commerce, fashion, construction, household/computer equipment, etc.;
• experience of working with international brands;
• presentation skills, management negotiation and working with objections;
• high level of communication and customer orientation;
• data-driven approach - ability to focus on numbers, analyze data and draw conclusions;
• flexibility, empathy and proactivity - ability to find a common language and maintain positive contact with customers and the team;
• openness to challenges and willingness to perceive them as opportunities for development.
