Digital marketing manager in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Our client is an international digital-holding that operates in foreign markets (represented in 50+ countries of the world) and provides comprehensive services in the direction marketing. In connection with the expansion of projects, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who wants to work with big brands and actively participate in the creation and launch of international marketing campaigns.

Key tasks:

• Communication with regional teams to analyze the situation in the respective market;
• Development of marketing strategies for projects taking into account various promotion channels;
• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.);
• Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns and preparation conclusions;
• Analysis of competitors and the market as a whole;
• Project reporting.

Experience and skills:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the English language at the upper intermediate level and above;
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics;
• Experience with b2b products;
• Knowledge of task managers (Trello, Asana, Jira, Youtrack);
• Understanding the basics of UI/UX design;
• The ability to competently organize communication in a team.
