Previous experience and skills:

• work experience in a similar position from 2 years 

• understanding of PPC/SEO principles - required

• practical experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, social networks)

• understanding the digital funnel: reach > engagement > conversion > sale > retention

• experience in developing strategies and media plans

• analytical thinking, ability to turn data into solutions

• experience working effectively with a team and contractors, outsourcing, etc.

• initiative and proactivity
  

What you should do:

• coordination of performance areas (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads): hypothesis formation, test planning, control of contractors and creatives

• work with SEO and content: interaction with contractors, indexing and visibility control, catalog scaling, copywriting

• work with retention and email marketing: planning promotions and trigger chains, launch control and performance analysis.

• coordination of contractors and quality control of marketing processes

• participation in scaling the marketing system — from analytics to achievement of results
