Main responsibilities:

• Configuration, optimization and scaling of digital tools.
• Implementation of marketing strategies.
• Organization , interaction and control of the work of specialists in the following areas: PPC, SEO, content, retention.
• Building performance analytics and implementation of KPI.
• Coordination of work with external contractors.
• Scaling of traffic channels.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Analysis of audiences, advertising traffic.
• Monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitive activity.
• li>Automation of business processes.
• Working with reporting.

Key tasks:

• Improvement ROAS - return on advertising.
• Increased average revenue per customer.
• Improved customer retention.
• Improved LTV - customer value.
• Increasing net profit.

Main requirements:

• Experience from 2 years in digital marketing, preferably e-commerce.
• Digital tools: ability to work with Google Analytics, Google/Facebook ads, Adheart, Ahrefs, LOOQME, Similarweb, Sendpulse, CRM systems, social media and other marketing tools.< /li>
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to find a common language with the heads of all company departments.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to work with a large amount of information and numbers.
• Competent language (oral/written), knowledge of business etiquette.
• Responsibility, focus on results, decency.
