Assistant in the operational team in Wix

Our expectations:

• Location: Kyiv
• We are looking for someone who knows how to work in multitasking conditions and pays attention even to small things
• It is important to have a high level of communication skills and experience of effective interaction with colleagues and contractors at the same time
• Able to generate reports, work with spreadsheets and have experience with Google Doc
• We highly value the ability to adapt to the needs of the company and solve problems on the spot
• Feel comfortable in an energetic and dynamic work environment
• Have intermediate written and spoken English to be able to communicate with colleagues from international offices

You will:

• Assist in the organization and support of daily office life as needed
• Work with delivery services (NP, DHL), incoming/outgoing correspondence, help with document flow with suppliers for finance, procurement, HR.
• Coordinate taxi services for administrative staff and customer support team.
• Help with coordination of internal wellbeing projects: birthdays, gifts, themed clubs
