Digital Designer (Full-time) in Traffic Theology

We are looking for a person who can turn ideas into magic! If you are not just a designer, but a real architect of emotions and creative solutions - we want you in the team!

What we expect from you:

• You are a virtuoso in CapCut/VN/Videoleap and similar programs that allow you to edit videos from your phone. You are not afraid of mastering AI (subtitles - Captions, Liro, CapCut, Mojo; voice acting - ElevenLabs, Voicemaker).
• You have a basic understanding of composition and design, a feeling of the concept, able to "pick up" the spirit of the niche and transform it into bright creatives that do not leave anyone indifferent.
• Your superpower is not only the right combination of colors and fonts, but also the ability to realize ideas so that they become trends. You understand how to look for footage that can capture the attention of the audience.
• You work with both graphic and video content, giving new life to each project.
• You have spoken English at the level of A2 (B1 preferred);
• Ideas for content that everyone copies and discusses? Your hands are capable of creating this!

Responsibilities:

• Translate videos according to the template;
• You create faithful and well-converted videos;
• You ensure the perfect combination of style and functionality, creating visual content that sets trends.
• You perform tasks productively: many tasks, fast deadlines and high quality standards — your goal is not only to create a beautiful design, but also to do it quickly.
• Working with templates and content adaptation: the provided templates will be used as a basis, and your task is to fill them with creatives that fit the specifics of the project.
