What do we expect from you?

• Basic understanding or interest in the field of digital marketing / media buying;
• Experience in recruiting from 6 months(will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of the basics of recruiting: active search, interviews, evaluation of candidates;
• Willingness to work with ATS-systems (we will learn if there is no experience);
• Strong communication skills and the ability to find a common language with different people;
• Responsibility, proactivity and a desire to develop in the field of HR.

The duties of this position will be diverse and exciting:

• Conducting a full cycle of work with candidates:from actively searching for talents to their adaptation in the company and support at all career stages way;
• Active talent search: through job sites (including LinkedIn), social networks, recommendations and others channels;
• Collaboration with team leaders:help in determining hiring needs;
• Evaluating candidates on: both professional and personal qualities to find the perfect match;
• Creating attractive vacancies: we believe that a job description is the first step to success;
• Supporting candidates at all stages:from the first contact to adaptation.
