Requirements: Education - marketing, business analytics or related fields; Experience as a digital analyst from 1 year; Experience with web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics ) and data visualization; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript processes and the basics of digital marketing and its key concepts (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.); Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify key insights, attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;Ability to clearly and effectively communicate analytical data and recommendations to the team and stakeholders;Skills in presenting results and the ability to simplify complex concepts for people without a technical background.Responsibilities Set up and support web analytics tools to track user behavior and obtain data about site visits; Implementing and configuring a management tag (e.g. using Google Tag Manager) to collect events and other data; Analyzing traffic data, traffic sources, user behavior; Measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and site goals (e.g. conversions, time spent on the site, depth of page views); Preparation of regular reports; Visualization of data using visualization tools; Designing and conducting A/B tests and other experimental methods to improve site performance; Providing recommendations on improving the effectiveness of campaigns based on the received data.
