As our Digital Advertising & Paid Media Manager, you'll own the entire paid media strategy and execution across both digital platforms and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. You’ll be the driving force behind our advertising presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, Google Ads, and physical media like elevator screens and printed displays. This role combines creative strategy with data-driven optimization to maximize ROI and brand visibility. '
Location: Ukraine/Europe, B2B contract, fully remote.
Engagement: full-time or part-time.
Areas of Responsibility:
Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max);
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns targeting enterprise IT decision-makers, C-level executives, and technical leaders in different targeted industries;
• Build and refine audience segments, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels to maximize conversion rates;
• Manage campaign budgets monthly, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels;
• A/B test ad creative, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance;
• Set up and maintain proper tracking, attribution, and conversion goals across all platforms.
Out-of-Home & Traditional Advertising:
• Plan and execute print and video ad campaigns for elevator screens, metro stations, and other OOH placements;
• Coordinate with creative teams and vendors to produce high-impact visual content for physical displays; • Negotiate media buys and manage relationships with OOH advertising vendors and networks;
• Track and measure OOH campaign effectiveness using brand lift studies, QR codes, and vanity URLs;
• Identify strategic placement opportunities in tech hubs, financial districts, and healthcare corridors.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Build comprehensive dashboards tracking KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR, impression share, and brand awareness metrics;
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to leadership;
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities;
• Own the marketing attribution model and work with sales to track lead-to-close metrics
Required Qualifications:
• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms;
• Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite;
• Experience with YouTube advertising (TrueView, Bumper ads, Video Action campaigns);
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation strategies;
• Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and platform-native reporting;
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar);
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is a plus).
Nice to Have:
• Experience marketing cloud services, SaaS, or technical B2B products;
• Familiarity with AWS partner programs and cloud industry landscape;
• Experience with Reddit advertising and community engagement strategies;
• Background in OOH/DOOH advertising planning and buying;
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications;
• Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing);
• Video production or creative direction experience;
• Understanding of programmatic advertising and DSPs.
