This is work with real business processes of a large company, where automation directly affects logistics, supermarkets, e-commerce and interaction with government services.
What will you have to deal with? to work:
— regulatory projects (ETTN, e-Excise, tax integrations);
— logistics and warehouse processes (reception, movement, control of goods movement);
— process automation in stores;
— portals and services for suppliers;
— e-commerce products (web + mobile, scrum, product approach).
This is an environment where BA really influences decisions and not just "describes requirements".
Who we are looking for:
Middle Business Analyst who:
- has 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- "translator"
- understands SDLC and his role at each stage
- has experience participating in the development or improvement of software
- worked directly with customers: interviews, gathering requirements, presentations
- wrote TK / SRS / User Stories and accompanied them in the development
- knows how to model business processes and find problem areas
- works with JIRA,
- understands REST API, JSON, XML, worked with Postman
- experienced in UI/UX prototyping
- worked with SQL (queries, DB structures)
Will be a plus:
- experience in product companies
- strong systematic approach to analysis
Main challenges:
- analysis and coordination business requirements with customers
- formalization of requirements, writing specifications, technical specifications, user stories
- presentation of tasks to the development team
- support of requirements throughout the SDLC
- interaction with designers, developers, testers
- acceptance of implemented functionality
- presentation of business results
- writing documentation and instructions
