DUTIES:

1. Building and maintaining secure infrastructure.

2. Configuring access, roles and security policies.

3. Implementation of basic monitoring and logging mechanisms.

4. Incident analysis, identification of causes and preparation of technical solutions.

5. Automation of infrastructure and security processes.

6. Participation in the formation of technical standards and practices.
   
   

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education - higher.

2. Experience as a DevOps or System Administrator.

3. Understanding network technologies. Knowledge of the principles of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, network segmentation.

4. Windows infrastructure. Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, access and role management. Basic automation skills using PowerShell.

5. Automation and infrastructure. Experience in automating routine tasks. Understanding the principles of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.

6. Virtualization and the runtime environment. Understanding the principles of virtualization, experience with self-hosted environments.

7. Monitoring and logging. Understanding approaches to centralized logging, infrastructure monitoring, and security events.

8. Cyber ​​Security. Understanding the principles of infrastructure protection: access control, system hardening, configuration audit, working with incidents.

9. English - level not lower than B1 (Intermediate).

10. Proactivity. The ability to independently make technical decisions, to look for ways to improve the architecture and infrastructure security.

11. Teamwork, communication skills. Experience of interaction with engineers, administrators, security specialists and line managers.

12. Training and flexibility. Willingness to work with limited resources, quickly adapt and master new tools.
