Development manager, remote (repeat sales in tourism, high % of sales) in Ruta, hotels & resorts

Ruta Hotels is developing the direction of repeat sales and is looking for a development manager to join the team, who will help our customers plan new trips together with us.

What will you do:

• Active repeat sales of travel products to existing customers. (The customer base is ready - you just need to work with it professionally).

• Telephone and online communications with tourists who have already rested at Ruta Hotels.

• Presentation of new features, seasonal offers.
long-term relationships and returning customers.

Our candidate:

• has proven experience in tourism sales (this is a key requirement), incl. by phone at SMM.

• Has experience working with CRM systems

• Has knowledge of the basics of payments, work with accounts">

• Customer-oriented, proactive, resflexible, communicative, stress-resistant

• Loves the field of tourism and is ready to share inspiration and a positive attitude - energy that is transmitted to clients and motivates on rest.
