We are looking for a responsible Customer Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support to the company's customers, prompt resolution of technical requests, coordination of interaction between customers, production, laboratory, company divisions and the international Vetropak group.
Place of work - Gostomel, Kyiv region.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers regarding the company’s products.
- Processing technical requests, complaints and appeals from customers.
- Analysis of technical problems and coordination of their solutions with production, technological and quality departments.
- Communication and coordination of technical issues with others enterprises and colleagues of the Vetropak group.
- Preparation of technical documentation and answers for clients.
- Support of the process of consideration of client complaints and control of corrective actions.
- Participation in the investigation of the causes of technical non-conformities of products.
- Participation in the launch and technical support of new client projects.
- Coordination of interaction between the client, production divisions, departments marketing and sales during the implementation of new projects or changes to products.
- Maintenance of internal documentation and reporting on customer inquiries.
- Maintenance of long-term partnership relations with customers.
- Participation in technical meetings, audits and visits to customers.

Basic requirementsfor the candidate:
- Higher education (technical, engineering, chemical, technological or related).
- Experience in technical support, quality or production would be an advantage.
- Understanding technical documentation and ability to analyze technical problems.
- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate / Upper?Intermediate (written and oral communication).
- Category B driver's license and reliable driving skills.
- Readiness for frequent business trips and visits to customers.
- Ability to work with technical information and prepare structured answers.
- High level of communication skills skills.
Desired skills:
- Experience working with complaints or customer appeals.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company (B2B).
- Understanding quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000).
- Experience in international communication or working with a group companies.
