Designer, specialist in the preparation of layouts for printing in IT Service Ukraine

Purpose/Duration 700">project

Automate the creation of mockups for printing sportswear with the help of an online designer without the direct involvement of a designer in each order. The project is estimated for six months with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Perfect command of Adobe Illustrator

1. confident work with vector graphics, layers and artboards
2. file preparation in Illustrator
3. not Figma, not CorelDRAW and other editors

• Experience in working with layouts for printing clothes (or related experience)
• Attention to details and understanding of working with patterns
• Willingness to work with the technical part of the process
• The level of English is not lower than B2 (oral communication)

Would be a plus

• Understanding the principles of design automation
• Basic experience with JSON or other configuration files

What to do

• Preparation of clothing mock-up files for printing
• Applying stock designs to patterns:

1. men's, women's and children's clothing
2. T-shirts, longsleeves, raglans and other items

• Adaptation and reproduction of designs to a given size grid
• Working with ready-made patterns and templates
• Participation in setting up the online designer to prepare files for printing
• Entering the coordinates of design element placement in configuration files (JSON) according to the finished structure

Interaction and communication

• Coordinated work with a team of programmers
• Communication with an English-speaking client (online calls)
• Discussion of requirements, edits and work logic designer

The selection includes the performance of a technical task.
