Designer of advertising creatives for full time Creative designer in UM | Shopify Marketing Agency

Hi My name is Roma, I am the co-founder of UM | Shopify Marketing Agency. We help e-commerce brands from the USA and Europe grow through performance and retention marketing.

We are currently looking for an experienced designer of advertising creatives and emails who understands the specifics of e-commerce. We have a high pace, a lot of tasks, and we want to find a person who is ready to really get involved and work with us. The team always supports, gives a clear TOR with references, ideas and constant feedback.

What we expect:

• 1+ year of experience in creative design for Meta / Google Ads (email experience would be great a plus).
• Willingness to do approximately 150 creatives per month.
• Confidence in working with AI generation.
• Basic English for reviewing and analyzing briefs.
• Understanding key marketing principles: funnel, value proposition, pain points, communication angles, etc.
