Credit expert in Kadrova Agenciya FERM

Hello! We are FERM, an agri-platform that combines agriculture and financial solutions. We help businesses to get financing for development, and clients to find convenient and transparent credit products.
Now we are looking for a Credit Expert who will strengthen the team and help develop this area.

What will need to be done?

• Advise customers about credit products (for individuals and legal entities).

• Process incoming applications and warm leads for financing.

• Accompany clients from the first request to receiving financing.

• Work with financing partners, attract new ones.

• Participate in the development of loan products and agency programs.

• Execute planned lending indicators.

What you need to know and be able to?

• Experience of working in a bank or financial company (lending, SME, SE).

• Understanding credit products and the process of issuing them.

• Skills in analyzing financial statements.

• Experience in negotiations and working with clients.

• Confident use of Microsoft Office.

• Competitive salary.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Office in the center of Kyiv, BC Gulliver.
