SMM manager\manager for SE "PROZORRO" in Eurasia Foundation

The Eurasia Foundation, the executor of the project "Supporting Digital Transformation", financed by the US Government through the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the International Development Assistance Program from the Government of Great Britain (UK Dev), is looking for an SMM manager.< /p>

The goal of the project is to ensure effective communication with the stakeholders of SE "PROZORRO" and its presentation in the information space.

Prozorro is an electronic public procurement system that has replaced paper tenders. "Everyone sees everything" is our main principle. Thanks to the reform, all public procurements were transferred online.

The Prozorro reform is Ukraine's business card in the world and an example of a successful reform based on open data and modern IT solutions.

strong>Job description and qualification requirements:

• Higher education at the "Bachelor" level (in areas: philology, journalism, public relations, marketing)
• Experience in SMM - from 2 years
• Experience of work in state structures, public organizations, or international projects - from one year
• Ability to write humane and interesting texts on complex topics for social networks
• Excellent Ukrainian and English at least Intermediate
• Ability to come up with creative pictures and memes in cooperation with a designer
• Good understanding of news in political in the economic sphere
• Skills in working with video will be an advantage
• Skills in graphic editors (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.) will be an advantage
• Updated military registration documents< /li>

Responsibilities:

• Build close communication with target audiences, promote complex purchasing topics.
• Monitor trends in social networks and adapt them to the purchasing context (Facebook, Instagram).
• Development of YouTube channel “Prozorro” and LinkedIn.
• Exit and development of “Prozorro” in new social networks for the company : X and/or TikTok.
• Coordinating the work of the Junior SMM manager and designer.
• Monitoring the information field.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions of the communication team.
