If you know how to bring a product to the top and turn "just viewing" into an order - we are waiting for you!
We are looking for a person who will become the "control center" of our online sales. This is a position for those who love order, systematicity and are able to keep several processes under control at the same time. You don't just upload products - you manage the product life cycle from placement on the marketplace to control of shipment to the customer.
What you will need to do:
1. Work with marketplaces:
Full management of platforms: Rozetka, Allo, Epicenter, Prom and others: from creation, filling of cabinets to control and promotion.
Work with product feeds: unloading from CRM, adaptation and updating of data, checking the relevance of prices and assortment on marketplaces.
Starting and optimization of internal advertising/promotional tools, stimulation of demand, increase in sales.
Content control: checking the correctness of product display, availability and relevance of characteristics and price offers.
2. Operational coordination:
Interaction and coordination of tasks with the immediate manager and the team.
Building inter-functional communication: call center\warehouse\logistics.
Assortment management: monitoring of warehouse stocks, balance analysis.
Sales support: assistance call center, search for technical information.
3. Control and synchronization:
Monitoring the processing of orders and checking the relevance of prices.
Ensuring the identity of data: CRM - Site - Marketplaces.
Controlling the launch and display of promotions.
Checking that everything starts on time and works under the same conditions.
Systematic: Ability to structure and process large amounts of information withoutwaste of quality, even in high multitasking mode.
Personal qualities: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, independence, proactivity.
What we offer:
Salary: Rate + % of sales (your income directly depends on the result).
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00. Location: A great office in the city center.
