The main purpose of the position: Purchase of equipment for new retail outlets. High-quality accounting and inventory of fixed assets.

• search and purchase of equipment for new retail outlets;
• participation in the zoning of new retail outlets;
• work with suppliers of refrigeration equipment;
• management of warehouse document circulation, control of document archiving;
• reflection of goods movement in accounting systems;
• acceptance of documents regarding the receipt and expenditure of all types of material of values;
• control of the completeness, correctness, and legality of the drafting of accepted documents;
• distribution of accepted documents into material values according to their belonging to structural subdivisions (warehouses and retail outlets);
• maintenance of inventory cards from fixed asset accounting - periodic reconciliation of analytical accounting data with warehouse accounting data;
• preparation of documents regarding the expenditure of all types of material assets;
• preparation of the introduction of fixed assets (OS) into operation;
• preparation of Acts of write-off and disposal of OS, taken out of operation due to complete unusability.
