Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of store operation
• Planning and implementation of strategies of sales
• Management and motivation of personnel
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Control of product stocks and orders
• Conducting sales analysis and developing recommendations to improve indicators
• Knowledge of business administration and commodity science.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Ability to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve set goals
• High responsibility and result-oriented
• Ability to work in conditions of high work pace and variable graphics
• Ability to conduct sales analysis and make effective decisions to improve results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
