We are a company that helps 500+ Ukrainian online stores to sell products on Amazon, eBay and Etsy.

Our mission is to help brands in the field of handmade enter the global market.

The project is developing and the team is growing rapidly, so we are opening a "Customer support" vacancy and are looking to find Your person.

It is important for us that you have:

• excellent communication skills and abilities find a common language with different people
• reliability, honesty, responsibility
• positive attitude and the ability to empathize with others
• willingness to learn new things and develop
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level

Preference is given to candidates with work experience in a similar position.

Your feature will include:

• communication with clients and manufacturers
• production control
• registration and control of shipments
