• has work experience in a similar position;

• work experience in retail chains or in food production from 1 year;

Responsibilities:

• control of the work of the production workshop;
• organization of technological processes in production, ordering of raw materials, control of residues, quality control;
• control over employees' compliance with norms and requirements regarding quality, assortment, taste qualities, etc.;
• maintenance of all production documentation, inventory holding
