Main functional:

• Curator of the direction for the organization and control of construction and repair work in office premises used by the Company's structural units (regional network). 
• Interaction, coordination and control during repair and construction works. Systematization of this area of ​​work, development of unified approaches and standards and assessment criteria, monitoring of the state of the market for construction works and building materials, the level of prices in the regions for typical works, services and materials. 
• Working with contractors. 
• Participation in events related to the organization of lease relationships in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, support of management reporting on the lease of premises in the Company.
• At the first stage, the priority task is the organization of repair and construction works for the arrangement of existing of the Company's offices in accordance with the conditions of inclusivity - accessibility of premises to people with disabilities and other groups of the population with reduced mobility (ramps, lifts, level differences, entrances groups, door thresholds, openings, etc.). Business trips to Ukraine are possible. 

Requirements:

• Education is preferably related to the field of construction, experience in organizing repair construction works, control of project and estimate documentation,
• Knowledge of DBN, other normative and administrative documentation in the field of construction.
