We are opening a competition for the position of Culinary Department Manager in the very center of the city!

Our expectations:

• have experience in retail trade or food production from 1 year (or with less experience, but a strong desire to develop in food production);
• you have an understanding of food production technologies;
• you know how to organize the work of a team and motivate people to achieve results;
• you value quality, responsibility and mutual respect;
• you are customer-oriented, like to work in a dynamic environment - we will be glad to see you in our team!
• having a higher specialized education will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• control and coordination of the work of departments (cooking, bakery, cafe);
• organization of technological processes, ordering of raw materials, control of residues and quality;
• ensuring compliance with production standards, assortment and taste characteristics of products;
• maintenance of documentation, participation in inventories.
