Deputy head of production in ENERGY GROUP

We are currently looking for a Deputy Head of Production - a person who wants to influence the result, build efficient processes and grow together with production.

Main duties

• Optimization and ensuring the stable operation of production processes together with the head of production;
• Control of the execution of production plans by terms and quality;
• Identification of risks and "bottlenecks" at the planning stage and their timely elimination;
• Coordination of the work of the metalworking shop; (welding and metalwork, bending, painting)
• Analysis of production indicators (productivity, loading, KPI), preparation of reports;
• Participation in the implementation of changes, optimization of processes and development of production.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in production from 2 years;
• Experience in the field of metalworking, mechanical engineering or related areas;
• Skills in managing production processes, compliance with standards and production discipline;
• Technical education;
• Analytical thinking, responsibility, system approach to work.

• Stable and predictable production work;
• Reduction in the number of emergency situations and downtimes;
• Increasing the responsibility of site managers for the result;
• Improvement production indicators and efficiency of equipment.

• Official employment and booking according to legislation;  
• Location: Kyiv region, Boryspil district, village Mountain;  
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00-17:00;
• Medical insurance after 3 months of work;  
• Salary from UAH 50,000 (negotiated based on the results of the interview);
