A company working in the production sector is looking for an experienced and motivated specialist for the position of deputy head of the innovation and development department.
The main task of the position is to help in the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at the development of innovative products and the introduction of the latest technologies to increase the company's competitiveness on the market.

Main duties:
- Cooperation with the head of the department to develop and implement the company's innovative development strategy.
- Organization and coordination of the processes of development of new products, services and solutions.
- Analysis of market trends and implementation of the latest technological solutions.
- Author supervision (in the absence of the manager), provision and control of design, construction , participation in the collection of experimental samples, testing.
- Supervision of technical documentation.
- Project management at the stage of research, development and testing.
- Interaction with other departments (marketing, production, sales) for the successful implementation of projects.
- Ensuring timely preparation of reporting and analytics on the results of implemented innovative projects.
- Searching for new partnerships and opportunities for cooperation with scientific institutions, startups and other companies.
- Determination of key performance indicators (KPI ) innovative projects and evaluation of their achievement.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in the field of engineering, IT, management innovations or related areas).
- Work experience in the field of innovation, development or project management for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge of modern technologies, processes of innovative activity and project management.
- Experience in introducing new products to the market.
- High analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Leadership qualities, the ability to manage a team and organize work processes.< /p>
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes.
- Knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate.
