Requirements and tasks:

• responsibility for ensuring continuous and stable operation of the IT infrastructure of the enterprise (monitoring of the full operation of main and backup Internet providers, network equipment, mobile communication for critical nodes);
• administration of Windows servers and workstations;

• service support, their scaling, and integration of new functionality;
• develop and implement (integrate) new solutions in the administration, control, and monitoring of Windows-based workstations;
• administration of virtual environments;
• control over internal network security, conducting scheduled basic IT infrastructure security audits ;
• monitoring of systematic data backup and recovery processes;
• monitoring of the work of HelpDesk staff;
• monitoring of corporate mail services;
• ensuring the absence of the "bus factor" in the area of ​​responsibility of HelpDesk;
• working out estimates and deadlines of tasks, working with priorities;
• application and implementation of best practice in the work of the unit;
• creating instructions for users;
• coordinating the work of the department.
