Analyst (resource model) in Silpo

Transformation office "Silpo Logistics" invites a Resource model analyst to its team!

For work you will need:

• Higher education.
• Experience of working as an analyst in production, logistics companies, retail - from 3 years.
• Experience with Power BI: in-depth knowledge of the interface, features, and capabilities, including Power Query, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and data modeling.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience in query optimization: ability to optimize large data sets for fast processing and visualization.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service.
• Ability to work with a team to gather and analyze reporting and data visualization requirements.
• Skills in presenting analytical reports to company stakeholders.
• Ability to work with SQL, DBT (preferred) and Oracle.

Your main duties will be:

• Creating interactive dashboards with calculation algorithms in them.
• Identifying and analysis of business processes to further build the logic of the dashboards.
• Participation in the planning and implementation of data modeling and data management processes.
• Description of the data structure and rules for working with them.
• Preparation of reporting, visualization (diagrams, graphs, maps, etc.) and special data presentation formats.
• Support of implemented BI solutions by monitoring performance and customizing queries.
