Deputy financial director in SILTA GROUP

Today the company is a large-scale multi-channel business model (B2B distribution, national DIY networks, e-commerce), developed branch structure, complex logistics, international contracts and multi-million turnover. We are systematically growing and strengthening the financial function.

In connection with the development of the business, we are looking for a financial manager who thinks in terms of business categories, not just numbers, is ready to take responsibility and develop into the role of financial director.

Main tasks:

• Cash flow management and planning Flow);

• Organization and control of the payment calendar;

• Control of department budgets and financial limits;

• Analysis of cash balances and prevention of cash gaps;

• Communication with banks, support of financial contracts;

• Ensuring financial discipline and management reporting;

• Participation in the development of financial processes and their automation.

Our expectations:

• Experience in the financial field in a managerial position from 2 years (treasury, financial management, liquidity management);

• A confident level of working with a client-bank, 1C, MS Excel;

• Analytical and systemic thinking;

• Proactiveness, management approach and willingness to take responsibility;

• Orientation on professional growth to the level of financial director.

We do not consider candidates who are exclusively looking for executive role.

• Working schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (possible 8:00–17:00);
