Key role of the position:

Effectively build the key processes of the financial function in order to provide high-quality and timely reporting and assessment of the financial state of the business.

Position duties

• Form management reporting on bank activities

• Participate in the process of planning the activities of the bank's divisions and businesses

• Develop and implement calculation models for forecasting and planning, financial modeling

• Automate regular reporting using MS Office tools

• Create and implement reporting models

• Actively cooperate with the IT department at the stage of modeling solutions and setting the technical task from the Business

• Build quality communication with related functions 

• Determine and implement the necessary changes to the management accounting policy for effective decisions

• Provide alternative solutions and recommendations for reducing costs and improving the efficiency of business processes.

Requirements: 

• 3 years of experience as a financial manager/controller, head of the budgeting department in the banking sector

• Practical understanding of financial reporting in banks

• Proficiency in Excel Power Pivot/Power Query and SQl 

• Ability to create requests to data stores and work with them

• Knowledge of the basics and principles of accounting and management accounting

• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (modeling, execution, monitoring/control, improvement/revision of established practices)

• Ability to work with a large amount of information, complex financial modeling
