We have a dynamic team that constantly is looking for new opportunities for business development.

We are looking for a manager who will help scale the business, automate processes and develop the client base.

Main responsibilities:

Management of the company:
Coordination of the work of a team of 8 employees (sales managers, warehouse, accounting). Implementation and optimization of business processes.

Financial control:
Control of receivables, preparation of financial reports.

Work with clients:
 Development of partnerships with national chains and bookstores, expansion of the client base.

 Warehouse operations:
 Control inventories and automation of warehouse processes.

Search and adaptation of new employees:
Team formation, motivation and development of personnel.

What we are we expect from you:

Management experience in sales/distribution (from 2 years).
Understanding warehouse processes and logistics.
Confident usePC (1C, Excel), CRM systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactivity and responsibility.
Analytical thinking and the ability to accept solution.
