Deputy financial director in Rail Staff Solution

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Deputy Chief Financial Officer for a leading, national chain of retail stores.

Zone responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational participation in key company projects
• Management of company liquidity and cash flow planning (weekly and monthly).
• Implementation of a new accounting system
• Optimization of resource allocation based on risk assessment and financial modeling
• Identification and implementation of process improvements and cost reduction
• Management of projects and solutions for automation of "manual" processes of the financial function and related business processes
• Cooperation with IT by the department on automation projects
• Building effective communication with various departments (commerce, procurement, finance).

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in the position of deputy financial director, financial manager/controller, head of the budgeting department from 3 years (retail, large system business, FMCG, production)
• Deep knowledge of the basics and principles of accounting/management accounting
• High technical knowledge of MS Excel, VBA (ability to work with a large amount of information), complex financial modeling
• Possession of analytical skills, the ability to find cause and effect relationships
• Experience with ERP systems (migration experience will be a plus)
• Willingness to learn and openness to ambitious, professional challenges.
