We are looking for a person who will:

• lead a full cycle of personnel selection;
• close regional vacancies in various areas of the Bank's business;
• effectively cooperate with internal clients (head of departments);
• work with an automated candidate database ;
• prepare reports upon request

You are suitable if you:

• have expertise in direct search for candidates (Headhunting, social/professional networks, direct search by phone, recommendations, personal networking, other channels);
• professional experience - at least 1 year
