Deputy director of production for administrative and economic issues in Ajax Systems

Administrative Location Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective daily operation of the company's production location by managing all administrative and infrastructural processes on site, ensures smooth, safe and efficient operation of the location in accordance with corporate standards and internal policies, as well as a high level of internal service for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain operational readiness and functionality of facilities (office and production location).
• Ensure comfort, cleanliness and safety of the working environment.
• Coordinate administrative and technical support services.
• Coordinate and lead local administrative team.
• Manage local suppliers and contractors to achieve high service quality and cost efficiency.
• Implement infrastructure-related policies and procedures in accordance with corporate standards.
• Develop a proactive service culture and ensure high levels of on-site employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managerial administrative role with management of a team of 5 people or more.
• In-depth experience in the development, improvement and optimization of administrative processes.
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects.
• High level of analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of maintenance and coordination of service contractors.
• Confident mastery of Google Workspace and knowledge of task management tools (e.g. Jira).
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement and contract management.
• English language level - Intermediate.
