Deputy Director of Operations/Deputy COO in Ensuria Technologies OU

Today Ensuria is more than 100 corporate clients, 80,000+ users and a team of 200+ professionals with offices in Tallinn, Warsaw, Tbilisi and Kyiv.

We are looking for a person who will become the right hand of the COO and take on a significant part of the operational management of the group of companies. This is not a "process manager", but a second key operational leader: someone who supports, empowers and replaces the COO in day-to-day decisions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, systems thinker who thinks big, but knows how to roll up his sleeves and work with operational details.

What you need:

• 2+ years of experience in operations or management of service/healthcare businesses
• Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel, experience with Power BI, Jira, Miro/BPMN, 1C / BAS, CRM / ERP or similar programs
• Experience in the role of manager or deputy manager (operational/commercial/administrative)
• Strong decision-making skills and willingness to take responsibility
• Systematic, analytical thinking
• Ability to balance strategic goals and daily routine
• Positive approach and proactivity
• English - intermediate+

Will be a plus:

• Experience in launching or scaling services/locations.
• Knowledge of quality standards, Lean approaches

What to do:

• Work in tandem with COO: planning, operational decision-making, priority management
• Participate in development, implementation and optimization of business processes, KPI, SLA, etc.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects (IT, HR, finance, marketing) for synchronous work of teams
• Control execution of plans, financial indicators and performance indicators
• Develop and monitor operational policies, risk and crisis management
• Analytics and reporting: operational metrics, cost-control, productivity teams
• Control and optimize costs
