What will be included in your responsibilities:

• Organization and control of production processes at the factory.
• Coordination of the work of production personnel, distribution of tasks and control of their execution.
• Ensuring compliance with technological standards and standards of product quality.
• Implementation of measures to increase productivity and optimization of production.
• Control of compliance with safety and sanitary standards in production.
• Interaction with suppliers and company departments to ensure uninterrupted work.

• Work experience in a production position, in the construction industry, from 1 year.
• Leadership qualities, the ability to organize the work of a team and motivate employees.
