### Main responsibilities: - Coordination of construction projects, control of contractors;  - Ensuring the implementation of plans for the sale of apartments and the rental of premises;  - Negotiations with clients, partners and suppliers;  - Analysis of the real estate market and preparation of proposals to improve the efficiency of the company's activities;  - Monitoring compliance with budgets and project deadlines;  - Management of the company's operational activities.  
### Requirements for the candidate: - Higher education (preferably legal);  - Work experience in management positions of 3 years or more;  - Knowledge of construction legislation and the real estate market;  - Developed communication and organizational skills;  - Ability to multitask and make decisions.
